到了美國以後,發現各大百貨公司、美妝店都有出現 Clarisonic 科萊麗音波淨膚儀的蹤跡

上網做了一些功課之後決定要入手一台PRO

除了有我最喜歡的薰衣草紫色之外,購買的這個組合除了基本的臉部敏感肌刷頭

還有另外附贈身體去角質刷頭高效淨膚保濕潔面乳以及身體去角質微晶凝膠淨膚儀專用手把(身體)

重點是,這一整組的價格跟PLUS版的一樣啊!!加上PRO版取得不易,當然要入手PRO版!!

打開後裡面的內容物像這樣,因為PRO只能在特定的醫美中心或沙龍通路才能購得,而且每間通路都可以拿到某些特定的限定色

紫色當初看了很多通路後找到了!不過我忘記把打開後的樣子拍下來了,所以上網找了同一組KIT但是是白色的給大家看

購買回家後要記得先充飽24HR的電力後才可以啟動哦!!

在美國購買享有30天免費試用,萬一不喜歡或者不適合可以帶回原購店全額退費哦!!

海倫第一台購買的PRO出現了充電後也不能正常啟動的狀況,因此我將商品帶回原購店他們馬上換了一台全新的給我哦!

使用過沒問題的話,請記得到官方網站註冊你的洗臉機才可以享有保固哦!!

 

如何註冊你的洗臉儀?

註冊前請記得要先申請一個新帳號

點進去之後填寫完資料登入,可以從個人帳戶-My Account看到這個畫面:

點擊Registered Product後會進入已註冊淨膚儀畫面

可以看到已註冊的洗臉儀,  折扣代碼可於下次在官網消費不限金額折扣$25美金

點選橘子色的Register按鈕可以註冊新的商品(需填寫幾項簡單的問題)

何處購買?商品出場序號?購買日期?購買地點?膚質狀況?

填寫完送出在頁面上出現上圖的樣子並且有折扣代碼就代表你的洗臉機是正貨沒錯,從當日開始可以享有保固!!

依據機型不同,在美國境內提供的保固也同哦!

  • Clarisonic Mia 1®: 1 year
  • Clarisonic Mia 2®: 2 years
  • Clarisonic Aria™: 2 years
  • Clarisonic PLUS: 2 years
  • Clarisonic Opal®: 2 years
  • Clarisonic Pedi: 2 years
  • Clarisonic PRO: 3 years, for units manufactured after January 2010

 

但是呢,在使用快一年的時候洗臉機出現了問題,但是請注意!!

在美國購買的淨膚儀,台灣並不接受保固!!因此必須把淨膚儀送回美國

因此必須先確認你的淨膚儀是否已註冊(註冊才能享有保固)

確認有註冊以後,有兩種方式可以聯絡CLARISONIC

1.撥打客服電話:1-888-525-2747(美國PST時間星期一到星期五AM 6:00- PM 5:00)

這個方法較快但是若非身在美國則可能會有花錢(長途電話)及溝通問題(語言)

2.第二種方法就是寫信給客服

這種方法免費但是缺點是較耗時,海倫花在與客服來回寄信直到確認可以獲得全新機換置的過程一共花了8天

首先,進入CLARISONIC美國官網的CONTACT以後

送出後會收到一封系統自動發送的確認信,代表你的問題他們收到囉,接著耐心等待一兩天(若遇到假日要多等一下哦)

接著會收到客服的回信:

Thank you for contacting Clarisonic. We're sorry to hear about your device not working properly. Below are troubleshooting questions that might possibly help us determine how better to assist you. Please respond to the following questions at your earliest convenience:

 

Contact Information:
• What is your First and Last Name? 之後換機收件人的姓名
• What is your UPS shipping address? 收件地址
• What is your telephone number? 收件人的電話號碼

註:上述資料可以不是洗臉機的本人沒關係唷!

 

Device Information:
• Where was the Clarisonic system purchased from? 從哪邊購得洗臉儀的
• When was the device purchased? 何時購入的
• On the back of the handle below the Clarisonic logo, please tell us what model you have. 洗臉儀型號(MIA、PLUS、PRO)
• What is the serial number located on the bottom of the handle (not the charger)? 洗臉儀上的序號,也就是註冊時的LOT CODE
• What color is your Clarisonic? 洗臉儀的顏色

 

Troubleshooting Information:
• How often and how long are you charging the handle? 多久充電一次
• Do you hear any sounds when the handle is placed in or on the charger? (Please describe) 當洗臉儀接上充電器時有發出任何聲音嗎(請描述)
• Are the lights coming on the handle when placed in the charger? If so, re they solid or blinking? If not, we recommend trying to charge the unit from an outlet in a different room in the house for 24 uninterrupted hours. 充電時有亮燈嗎?如果沒有請充電24小時(建議可以形容一下閃燈的樣子)
• How often are you removing the brush head and cleaning the handle? (We recommend cleaning the brush head at least once a week by rinsing it thoroughly with warm water and antibacterial soap to remove all visible debris or residue, then allow the brush head to air dry apart from the handle)多久清洗保養洗臉儀?

Clarisonic's limited warranty provides equivalent products, the same or similar for warranty replacements. While an identical replacement is provided when available and in stock, exact colors or patterns are not always available.

We would be happy to provide a replacement in any of the following solid colors: White, Light Pink, or Dark Gray

信件內容大概是告訴你在他們查詢後證明海倫的洗臉機為保固範圍內的機子,並且依照提供的資訊決定提供新機更換,若公司庫存有購入時的顏色會提供一台一樣的,但是因為前面海倫有提到紫色的PRO不好購入,因此公司庫存的顏色只剩白色、粉色、灰色可選(此時很殘念,洗臉機必須換顏色了(哭跑))
可以再回信時告訴他你要的顏色,因為洗臉機為防水設計,所以在保固範圍內他們會直接給你一台全新機!
把信件寄回去幾天後過幾天會在收到一封信件

Thank you for your quick response.

Our devices are hermetically sealed to be fully waterproof, and cannot be opened. As such, they are not repairable, nor are the batteries or other internal components replaceable. As such, all of our warranty replacement devices are newly built devices.

A new warranty replacement device will be shipped to you shortly and will arrive via UPS within 10 business days. A pre-paid UPS return label will be included in the box. To return the defective device, we kindly ask that you do the following:

• Remove the brush head from your original handle
• Place the handle in the box the replacement came in
• If you received a replacement charger, place your original charger in the box the replacement came in
• Securely attach the UPS return shipping label to the outside of the box
• Drop the box off anywhere UPS picks up

If you have additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

 

內容告訴你他們即將把新的機子用快遞寄送到一開始提供的收件地址,約需要10個工作天

接著就是等待熱騰騰的全新機+已預付郵資的單子送到手中囉!!!

收到後請按照以下步驟把故障的洗臉儀送回去才享有新機的保固哦!!

1.將刷頭從故障洗臉儀上面取下(可以留下刷頭,海倫收到新機子時有收到2個新刷頭哦!挖屋)

2.將故障的洗臉儀裝入新洗臉儀送來的包裝盒裡

3.如果有收到新充電器要將舊的充電器包進去一起寄回哦

4.小心地把盒子封好然後交給UPS快遞(只需貼上他們寄洗臉儀來時給的預付郵資單子在外盒上,不需要支付運費,快遞公司就會幫你把舊機子寄回去囉)

 

當他們收到故障洗臉機以後,此時就可以重新在註冊一次新的洗臉儀,又可以享有保固囉!!!

更換新機前前後後花了大概兩周的時間,不過不得不說美國對消費者的權益保障真的很好!

不會拖拖拉拉問東問西的,收集他們要的資訊之後立馬提供換貨,來回郵資也由他們全額負責

真是要給10個大拇指

 

 

 

不過美國跟台灣的售價的確是存在價差

但想要在海外購買的朋友要小心不要買到假貨,因為洗臉機近年來很夯,當然也很容易買到假貨,要自己評估一下哦

雖然便宜,但是機子故障時也會較麻煩,需要送回美國才能做處理

所以請大家自己評估一下哦:D
